Hello, I am Samantha Chapman-Allen, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and ADHD Coach based in Perthshire, Scotland. I specialise in helping adults across the UK navigate ADHD, perfectionism, and anxiety through a combination of online therapy and personalised ADHD coaching.

My Journey to Becoming a Therapist and ADHD Coach

My own struggles with perfectionism and fear of failure profoundly influenced my path into this profession. During university, I frequently felt stressed, anxious, and unsure of myself, struggles I now know many people with ADHD experience.

Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I discovered the power of challenging and reshaping these patterns of thinking. It transformed not just how I felt, but how I lived. My own experience ignited a passion to help others find their way forward in a way that feels true to them.

This led me to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and later to become a certified ADHD Coach. My practice, Therapy Reframe, brings together these disciplines, offering both deep, therapeutic support and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs.
